Recent Americas Best Value Convention Review: "I was pleasantly surprised by the overall condition of the rooms, the hotel, the front desk staff, and the room. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. We gathered from our observations that almost all the patrons were men in the construction business away from home. Of the 24 parking places, 22 of them had pick-ups in them. There weren't any low-lifes of druggies nearby... not even one. Here's the catch: It is HIGHLY recommended that you take the Number 11 bus here if you do not have a car. It stops right in front of the motel. If you don't, and you're on foot, walking through the homeless areas several blocks away are a real downer. The best part is that the Number 11 bus with a transfer will take you anywhere you need to go! It connects directly to the trolley system, and you can see the entire city from public transit. We even went to the airport on the bus. It was easy. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable, and FAST! I downloaded the city's transit information and used it daily. Continental breakfast was good, fresh, and plentiful. For the price, you can't beat this deal."
