| hotel waz great very good but when i came from phoenix i woz there litlle erly to check in i woz weiting with three litle kids out side to get very room ,and they call me after two hours the room its very she give me the key i found the room but she give to me diferent room with one kwin bed thats not woz deluxe water view room and after that i go agen to office pickup other key oder room its woz ok but its woz so lite when im go to my room its woz so bed for me and a lot walk i hope next time they have better front desk peaple and mach more expiriance i hope thanks |

| Good cost performance.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
The bed was also comfortable because sheet which as fine as those of Higher rank hotel.
Interiors were cool. |

| Very good view in the Bay and so close to all the landscpaes in San Diego, so cozy walking around the park in the morning |

| Loved this hotel. The room had one of the best views in San Diego! Shopping, food and entertainment was really close. We went to Sea World and Cabrillo National Monument. Will definitely stay again! |

| We really enjoyed this hotel. It isa little out of the way, but if you have a car is easy to get anywhere you need to go. Nice quiet location. Great view of the marina. Enjoyed the restuarant, and there are other restaurants within walking distance. One of the pools was closed when we were here, but the one that was open was really nice. Security guard closed it down a little early one night while we were enjoying the hottub. The beds are a little soft for my liking, but the boyfriend liked them. |

| Its location is quite nice. However its room is too noisy. We couldn't sleep well in both 2nights as could hear all the noise from upstairs when people got up, walking or moving. Really disappointed! |

| noisy in early morning, cleaning people too loud. its great Best Western Hotel. Nice location but not feeling safe due to some guest who smoke bad stuff. |

| This is our 3rd time at the Island Palms and we're already planning out next visit! Also, we've brought friends who enjoyed it as well. Can't wait for our next San Diego adventure and staying at the beautiful Island Palms on Shelter Island. |

| So amaizing i really like the hotel very nice location on the front of the rooms are walk beach and also beach in the back is Marina
if u have a car it's near everything
i stayed in more than 5 hotels while i'm having my trip in USA and while i'm now in Las Vegas i'll telling u if i will visit those area again i will stay in same hotels but in next time will be more than the 4 nights i stayed
good place for relax and who love beach |
