Recent Best Western Yacht Harbor Review: "I just want to let everyone know that while I have been stuck here for the past 3 days trying to fly out on standby after the hurricane shut down JFK, that the ladies working the front desk were so good to me and accommodating. They kept my luggage while I went out, let me shower in gym area before flights and were so nice and polite. The rooms are  big, comfy and clean. They have a nice size pool and fresh baked cookies at 5. The location is perfect too, close to airport, harbor and restaurants. Pizza Nova has $4 happy hour and the food is soooooooooooo good!! Jimmies has the best Mango Martinis as well. Caught the bus to go to La Jolla and snorkeled and kayaked a trip I booked from hotel. Fishing here is the best, took 1/2 party boat, wish I could do more. Take the whale watching tour from H&M, unbelievable and incredibly beautiful. Enjoy San Diego and it's weather, and enjoy hotel too!!!"
