| I normally do not write reviews but this hotel deserves one! Went to San Diego with the wife and 2 yr old, destination Sea World. My daughter could careless about Sea World but had the best time at the resort. It had ponds of fish, awesome looking ducks and large parrot type birds. Threw a fit when we had to leave. We were upgraded to a view room and given tickets to the ferry on Mission Bay, an unexpected surprise! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a great place to stay. |

| Rooms a little small but the rest of the resort makes up for it! The beach is great, nice pool and hot tub! Service was great! |

| When we arrived for our 15th anniversary getaway, we discovered that we were given a room with 2 double beds in it on the ground floor. No way! Paul got us an upgrade and we ended up on the 8th floor overlooking the beautiful San Diego sky line and the Misssion Bay beach area. And we got our King size bed. There is so much to do in this area alone that we had too many choices and not enough time to enjoy them all. |

| We chose the hotel for the location but would likely not stay there again if it were somewhere else. The room we reserved (one king bed) was only available if we were willing to pay extra. They claimed that a reservation through a third party site does not guarantee a type even though we had multipe room types to choose from when booking. Not a big deal considering the next day the entire resort lost water pressure right during at the start of my shower. We were unable to shower all that day and the only explanation we received was that it was a city-wide problem but we failed to see any other affected businesses in the area. Overall it was fine and the location is great. |

| The hotel overall is nice and since it's only 1 street to the beach very nice located. But the carpet in the hotel and the rooms are kind of smelly which bothers kind of a lot. The comfort and staff is quiet good but not as good as in other 4 star hotels. I can recommend this hotel but would chose another one for the next stay. |

| Gutes und angenehmens Hotel, wenn man das richtige Zimmer hat (2. Stock und nicht im Tower).
Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist fragwürdig. Am zweiten Tag fanden wir per Zufall 5 leere Minaralwasserflaschen unter den Betten.
Parkinggebühr ist mit 13 $ pro Tag sehr hoch und wurde nirgends bei der Reservierung erwähnt. |

| Empfehlenswertes Hotel zwischen Bucht und Pazifik mit direktem Zugang zu einem kleinen Strand in der Mission Bay. Tolle Anlage und bei einem Zimmer in den oberen Etagen des Towers hat man sowohl in Richtung Bay als auch in Richtung Stadt/Pazifik eine super Aussicht.
Saubere Zimmer und toller Service, zuvorkommendes Personal.
Nur sollte man besser nicht vorhaben, zu Fuß zu Seaworld zu kommen, wenn man unter Zeitdruck leidet (dauert mehr als eine Stunde bei einem strammen Gang), obwohl es doch so nah scheint (es lohnt sich nur, wenn man die hohen Parkgebühren vor Ort einsparen möchte). |
