Recent Country Carlson North Review: "We stayed in a King Suite, which worked well with a child. There is good separation and double doors between the two areas, The bedding was great on the king bed. My minor problems with the room aren't unusual in hotels -- I would have liked a light in the hall area so I could see into the closet, and the bathroom needs its own fan. I would have liked  a small table for eating, but the living room is geared toward business use with a desk and a very nice desk chair, so I understand the tradeoff. The breakfast was very good, with an unusually good fruit salad mix, and better than usual coffee. It was kept stocked throughout the breakfast period, which helped the fairly large number of late eaters. The hotel was not full when we were there (weekdays), and I suspect the breakfast seating would be inadequate to a full house but it is near the outside pool area which also has some tables. Staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful. A call to report a sink not draining was responded to very promptly and successfully. All in all, we had a good experience and would definitely go there again."
