| What hotel does worth their salt does not offer continental breakfast?? They claimed to offer but when we went down in the morning were told there was no continental breakfast. They were under construction. We made the mistake of coming in a different door at one point and could not get to our room without going back outside and walking or driving clear around to the other side, instead of what should have been a short walk down a hallway. |

| This particular Courtyard is conveniently located off the 163, about ten minutes from downtown San Diego. Room was clean, and property was nicely landscaped. Met expectations for a three-star hotel. |

| The cleanliness of the room was great. We experienced some inconveniences after check in. We were given a room that was not what we reserved and that had been previously given to another guest earlier in the day. The problem was resolved, but hotel management made me feel that I had caused the error. |

| I only stayed a couple of nights, but I expected my room to be at least cleaned of trash and the bed made. Even if the linens were from my first night (I don't mind being "green"). However, no attempts were made to clean my room. When I spoke with the front desk, no one tried to rectify the problem, either. I was simply told that they were sorry and that no one from housekeeping was there (it was only between 9:30-10pm). |

| The hotel was in general very satisfying. Cosmetically, the building is sound inside and out. It's not the most amazing hotel, but it'll definitely suffice. It contains a 24 hour fitness center as well as 24 hour access to computers, all included with your stay. The staff is very kind, and I had no problems with my stay. I would recommend this hotel. |

| Staff was friendly, room was clean. This hotel is not far from the freeway and lies in a primarily office building area. Don't stay there if you like to walk to restaurants...although the in-house bar and restaurant is good. |
