Recent Crowne Plaza Hanalei Mission Review: "We had a great stay at this hotel. It was Hawaiian in decor, tastefully done and very clean. the staff was polite and receptive. Great pool and hot tub for kids. The front desk manager on duty went above and beyond the call of duty and helped us with our billing questions and accommodations. We were so pleased we extended our stay! The location was  perfect for Seaworld and gaslamp quarter and Mission Beach. Next time we come down we will stay here again.... What did it for us was the staff. So polite and courteous and made us feel like we were on vacation.....they all had great attitudes and made us feel so welcome to stay there. So many other hotels could learn from the Crowne PLaza Hanalei, I'm not kidding. If you think I'm joking try it for yourself, you'll be amazed!"
