| the staff was courteous. The room itself was very cleaned complete with a full bathroom and kitchen. Although we did not stay in the room very often a TV was available in the living room and bedroom. The community jacuzzi was in good shape. |

| You get a nice room for the money. There was a living room with a couch and TV and a bedroom with a TV separated by a bathroom and a vanity area. My main complaint was that the towels were dingy and spotted. I have never been in a room, even economy, that had this low quality linen service. |

| The staff we encountered was always courteous and helpful. The area was not the best but you wouldn't go walking around there because most stores and restaurants were not within walking distance anyway. There was an auto body repair shop behind our room so they at times woke us up in the morning but in general, it was quiet there. It appears that the rooms were recently remodeled so they were in really good condition and they were very clean. We had a unit with a kitchenette and it was just right for us. The only problem was with the air conditioning. The unit was in the living room so the person sleeping in that room was colder and had to bundle up. |

| I did not love the location but knew about it from reading other reviews. BUT, the room was clean and suprisingly quiet with comfortable beds. It was good for what we needed, relatively close to the airport and a good night's sleep before the plane trip home. |

| Management and service were great - the manager allowed us to use the pool past normal hours which enabled my kids to unwind after a long car trip. Pool and spa also appear to be recently refurbished.
The room was a nicely appointed suite in great condition, obviously just remodeled.
Convenient to Interstate 8, but far enough so there is no road noise. Neighborhood is a little on the fringe, not bad during the day, but I would not venture too far on foot at night.
Overall a nice hotel for the money. |

| We really liked the service and the employees. The layout of the room was very nice. Separate sitting/eating area from the bedroom. The beds were new & too firm for my likely. The kitchen was great to have - but no utensils or cookware items (pans, plates, etc). Had to change between 2 & 3 freeways to get to any of the major attractions. Rush hour traffic back to the hotel was not fun. The trade off was that the hotel was quiet & we had the pool, hot tub & laundry to ourselves. Minor negatives for a nice, comfortable, quiet hotel. |

| It was OK for an overnight stay but the "non-smoking" room smelled to me of smoke (or at least musty).
For some reason I got a room with a complete kitchen, which was unexpected and unnecessary; perhaps that was all they had available.
The area of the hotel was not one I would want to be out at night on foot; OK if in car. |
