| Hotel was at a great location. However the indoor pool water temperature was chilly. In fact, many of the children( and adults) including our own did not want to get into the pool. They prefered the hot tub which was the temperature that the pool should have been. I told the front desk and they had a maintinance guy check it out. His response was that it was warm enough : ( |

| This was a great place to stay in San Diego. It was close to everything, Seaworld, Zoo, Legoland, etc... The hotel was in great condition, the rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. They had a small store that had a few of the things we had forgotten. At night they have a happy hour with free drinks and snacks. This is a very nice way to wind down the night. The only annoying thing were the USC law students that got to come enjoy the happy hour as well. It wasn't a big deal, but there were quite a few of them. But overall, very happy with our stay. They have taxis that wait outside to take you wherever you need to go at a reasonable price. Also there is a car rental place very close and the hotel can have them come pick you up. You are also a block away from Seaport Village. It is a very nice little place with shops and some pretty nice places to eat. You are also only a few blocks from the Gaslamp district. So if you want enjoy the nightlife, you are in walking distinct from it. Great place to stay!!!!!!! |

| The location is great and the room was pretty nice. I liked the free breakfasts and also used the weightroom. The only thing I didn't like - there was an old TV in the room, along with a nice flatscreen one. Next day the old TV was gone but they left a bit of a mess in the TV cabinet. The housekeeper did clean it the next day though.
Overall I would recommend this hotel for its great location, decent rooms and free breakfasts. |

| Locals just getting away for the night and enjoying San Diego---location is great. Only downside is $29 for parking per night---really? |

| 家族で利用しましたが、高級な割にリーズナブルなお値段でした。空母ミッドウエー博物館と、対岸にトモダチ作戦でお世話になった空母ロナルドレーガンが見え、景色はよかったし、部屋も2部屋で快適でした。 |

| The room that we ended up with was great but to get it was a night mire but hotel.com did not know the place and parking and handcap needs or veiw.
the people at the hotel did the best they could. |

| The pullout bed had no sheets. My wife requested them 3 times and they arrived the next day. The 3rd time unlike the first 2 times she was not greeted by name & was hung up on. Disappointing |

| My family and I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites San Diego for the New Year's holiday. It was a decent hotel but would probably only stay there if I needed a suite to fit in 3-4 adults comfortably and if the price was not as high as it was for the New Year's weekend.
CONS:
- I think it was a little overpriced but given it was a holiday weekend I guess it was price competitive.
- I was not pleased that they were charging extra per person although most hotels in the surrounding area were doing the same.
- Valet only and it was $29/night and it was always crowded, but there was some parking in surrounding area.
- Shower had no pressure and the water would lose hot water on occasion; sink handle was not working properly.
- Windows were kind of restrictive - was a little small in my opinion so you didn't really get a great bay view.
- Room didn't have good marketing materials like most hotels do - concierge-type magazines brochures; menu was on a separate sheet of paper - not professional.
PROS:
- The location was convenient and was next to the water.
- Offered a manager's special - free drinks and snacks during "happy hour" and free breakfast.
- Employees were friendly enough. |

| It was the best sleep I had had in a Hotel. The room was comfortable, and I loved the court yard was very relaxing. If you go to San Diego it is a must stay hotel. Looking out onto the bay was breath taking.
Embassy Suites had great service.
