| If budget is important, this place is perfect for the money. Rooms were decent sized, clean and comfortable. Could use more parking accommodations, especially for my raised truck. We couldn't use the underground lot in back and had to get permission to park in forbidden area. |

| I read a lot of the reviews about this motel and didn't really want to stay because I thought it was in the ghetto, but my wife still suggest we stay here. It's very close to Old Town San Diego. In fact it's somewhat centralized to a lot of the sites in San Diego.
It's not the cleanest motel but they do put forth an effort. I tipped housekeeping while we were there and they put extra effort into cleaning our room, which I thought was nice. It is a motel and you do get what you pay for. Never once did I feel unsafe.
It was also nice that they have medium size refrigerators in the rooms. Saved us a lot on eating out while we were there.
Would I stay here again? Yes, definitely. |

| The hotel is relatively easy to find and is located close to interstate 8 & 5; room was clean & comfortable, check-in easy. Standard, motel style room, but for the price not a bad place to stay. About 10 min. from downtown & the airport. Several nice eating establishments nearby down Rosecrans, a Dennys just a short walk away. Two rather garish strip clubs are across the street, but I didn;t notice any illegal activity & generally felt safe here. I would stay again - simply for the price & conveinience of location. |

| The room smelled extremely musty, and had a lingering tabacco smell. The shower/tub drain was slow and even a short shower had me ankle-deep in water. Shampoo and toiletries are available, but you have to ask the front desk for them (at least I had to).
Still, the hotel is very convenient to Sea World, and it's nice that there are a couple of places to eat nearby, and was reasonably inexpensive. There is a refrigerator in the room, and a pizza place that delivers (they left their menu under the door). I would say I basically got what I paid for. |

| We stayed the night waiting for a plane to catch the next day. So no great review since all we did was show up and sleep. |

| Kind of shady that only the night window was open at 8pm.... but other than that it is what you would expect for such a low rate. just like any inexpensive motel anywhere. and the strip club that everyone keeps talking about is the world famous body shop. not really thaaat sleazy, in my opinion. the immediate area isnt very nice but go down rosecrans for half a mile and youre in point loma. also not that close to seaworld. i would have named it "good nite inn sports arena" or something. but i guess the swapmeet there isnt that great of a selling point :) |

| The profanity scratched into the hotel elevator did not give a great first impression. Once in the room, the odor that hits was like a brick.
The air conditioner unit was held in place with a zip tie, nice touch. Everything was clean, save the for nice black hair in one of the beds.
We got a great deal on the room, but paying a little extra could have upgraded to a nicer place. |
