| Hard to locate off freeway, But surrounding area had plenty of food options. Late check in hotel staff was a little short. Over all the resort was nice and convienient. |

| Bring your own hair dryer because they do not have them in the room. The one that they did have for a deposit of $10.00 ran for 3 minutes at a time. :( It overheated after 3 minutes of running. Location was good. You get what you pay for. :) |

| Clean comfortable and affordable....who could ask for more! Management was very attentive to our concerns for a clean, quiet, comfortable room. Not a 5 star hotel, but 5 star service and attention to detail is yours for the asking. I had read some varying comments on this hotel before deciding to book, so was somewhat skeptical based on the reviews. But the rate was half of that of a major chain right next door, so I took the chance. I emailed the hotel to express my concerns ahead of my arrival, and was met with nothing but professionalism. I will stay here again based on my recent experience, and commend the Manager for taking the time to ensure we were satisfied. Rare today for a smaller hotel chain to care as much as the Heritage did. |

| This is just your basic room to sleep. No place you actually want to go back to at night except to sleep. There is a bed, a fridge and microwave. It appears they attempt to clean but the furnishings are older and have wear marks. It has free internet and limited TV local chanels. They also include basic breakfast--coffee, cereal, fruit. It is easy to get to Sea World but is not really walking distance. |
