| Reasonably priced and easily accessible from the freeway. Decent breakfast buffet although slightly pricey for a suburban location. Maid service in the room could be improved as items used were not always replenished. |

| 1. Housekeeping seems to feel that most of the top sheet should be tucked under the foot of the bed, leaving very little sheet at the head of the bed to protect the guest's face from contact with the bedspread/quilt. I had to remake my bed every night to correct this problem.
2. I reserved and received a "Smoking" room -- but there were NO ashtrays in it.
3. I must compliment the hotel on the quality of the soaps, shampoos, etc. They were of excellent quality and housekeeping was very good at replacing used items. |

| Impressive lobby, quiet, comfortable room on 3rd floor, middle of building "U" configuration. Secured underground garage. Only negative: Flat screen CRT type TV suffered severe pin cushining, but viewable for the one night. |

| Very comfortable environment particularly room size, bed, linens and shower. Polite staffers. One issue, breakfast services. If you did not want the full buffet, choices for lite fare were limited. |

| For the rate I paid, it was worth the stay. Plenty of parking, very safe neighborhood, good restaurants close by. Outdoor pool was smaller than expected, but the ocean is only 20 minutes away! |

| but the hotel is in the middle of an high end industrial/office park. i expected remote desert next to golf course but it's more suburb. The hotel restaurant looks good, but it was ghastly empty at 8 pm. at night that we opted for souplantation instead, which was very conveniently close. |

| Nice location with plenty of dining options nearby. The property could use a little upkeep, but still plenty comfortable. The price was very reasonable and the staff friendly. |

| Have stayed there twice; once with just my husband and 2nd time with our teen son. Very attractive hotel; comfortable beds; greatttt brunch for only $11! First time the brunch was included with room. Very pretty, breezy patio to enjoy the San Diego weather with a drink from the bar. Delicious room service food. Convenient to all of San Diego; right off the I-15; will definitely stay again whenever we plan to visit family in the area. PS nice clean small pool surrounded by beautiful vegetation! |

| The hotel is in a perfect location for our 3 days family trip to San Diego Sea World and Wild Animal Park to be able to keep our hotel budget low enough. The room was clean overall. Restaurants and stores are located near by. |

| This was a very nice hotel for the price we paid. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The onsite bar and the breakfast was very convenient. I would suggest asking what the $10 includes so you are sure to get your monies worth. As for the complaints, we had a King room and the bed was pretty hard. It was like sleeping on a padded floor. I searched for a switch or something to make it softer, but I couldn't find anything. I don't think the fridge worked. There was no air circulating inside, but it wasn't hot. It was more of a cooler than a fridge. We just filled the sink with ice and put our drinks in there. There's a big gap on the bottom of the door, so you can hear all of the noise in the hall. The hotel is really out in the suburbs. It was about 20-25 miles from everything we wanted to do; don't forget you have to drive back. The hotel is also situated in an odd place; up a hill and around the corner. Our GPS kept telling us to turn one way when we should have turned the other way. Overall, I would definately recommend this hotel. |
