Recent Holiday Downtown Review: "Hotel staff was courteous, prompt, friendly and did an outstanding job to make us as a family feel very comfortable. The service, especially the shuttle service and breakfast services, were not only fabulously efficient and fast, but the breakfast allowances were adequate and the breakfast staff very efficient and friendly. Both of these benefits were time savers for a family of four wishing to get a fast start on the day. And, as I say, the shuttle service was an expedient and fantastic experience to our short trip destinations during the day - delivery and pickup. You just couldn't beat that anywhere. Plus the location of the hotel was withing walking distance of most downtown tourist destinations including the Gas Lamp District, shopping, Amtrak, etc. Upon arriving late evening because of air flight delays, the hotel desk and front staff were very welcoming, a pleasant surprise. Our room was held for us, we were picked up at the airport and our room was ready for a very tired but appreciative family. A job well done."
