| We needed to catch an early flight and had booked a shuttle the day before. When we got to reception they told us that the shuttle driver had been delayed but they had a taxi ready and waiting for us. Excellent service! |

| We really liked the hotel, nice rooms, bathroom way too small. Short walk to many restaurants, but walk by many homeless on sidewalk. |

| Great Hotel near Gaslamp district, just a couple blocks walk. Staff is very friendly and helpful, including front desk and shuttle service. Room was very clean, nice flat screen TV and plenty of pillows too. I would recommend to anyone staying in the Downtown San Diego area. |

| i couldn't use internet. even complain to desk.
Only two computer in lobby are usable. and wifi can be accesable only in the lobby. Hotel is not harmonize with the City, San Diego. Parking fee oops ! |

| We stayed one night at this hotel. Everything was fine. The only negative thing was the traffic noise from the street, which was not too bad but a bit annoying. |

| The hotel was useful, safe and clean. It was a bit of an awkward climb to the gas-lamp district and one of their elevators was broken. However, it was functional and comfortable. The breakfast was fine. |
