| The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was great, but there were a lot of teens from sports teams that kind of took over. The room looked clean, but there was hair on the bathroom floor. The room became stuffy and hot during the night so we had to run the window air conditioner all night which was quite loud. We could not open the window. It was very convenient to where we were going. We would stay here again. Good Value |

| Had a great stay. Very clean with nice furtnitureand comfortable bed & couch. I think we ha the queen bed room with accessibility, didnt know what that meant until we got there, but it was a Big room for a great price. Would definitely stay here again. Chili is just right across too. |

| We stayed in Holiday Inn Express Sorrento Valley for 3 nights.
The hotel is located in a quiet area but not far from the major roads. If you are driving, it is nice to stay here.
Rooms are clean and furnished very well with big comfortable beds.
Nice pool area, pretty big jacuzzi.
Breakfast was very nice!
Would stay again. |

| The room was spacious, clean, and modern. I especially liked how comfortable the beds and pillows were. The breakfast buffet was a big plus- lots of foods to choose from, which was included in our stay. |

| This is a nice facility and a great place to stay. However, compared to a competitor for the same price I stayed at recently, they need some improvement at this particular location. The reception and general attitude of the staff was lackluster. The pool and hot tub were not functioning (heater not working) and hadn't been for some time. The layout of the hotel is confusing compared to others. The breakfast was good though. I still recommend this hotel if you can get a discounted rate. |

| Hotel is good, nice and quite. The only thing is I chose a standard room with two beds, when I checked it's a king size bed. The gentleman at front desk said there's no guarantee for two beds for reservation made at hotel.com and also there's no two beds available at that night. |

| It is very clean. The room is spacious. Complimentary breakfast is good. For the reasonable price we paid we are extremely happy with it. |
