Recent Humphreys Half Moon Review: "When selecting any hotel on-line its like playing craps. You roll the dice and hope for the best. Everyone has experienced a bad selection on-line because hotels can use old photos of better years. Humphrey's was not only pleasant, but provided a phenomenal stay. The rooms reflect the renovation of 2010; very nice & cozy. The grounds are incredible  almost Hawaii-like. Even if the room is facing the parking lot, the patio is surrounded by a bamboo fence with lots of plants, flowers, and trees so you can enjoy the patio and have something nice to look out. The architecture is very Asian Pacific. Their resturant is top class and priced accordingly. The bar is very lively and has live bands. Its very popular among the locals. They manage to bring in big names. The downside is there are no local resturants within walking distance, but everything is within 10 miles if you want to go near the touristy parts. I hihgly recommend Humphrey's and would definately stay again."
