Recent La Quinta Mission Valley Review: "We stayed at the La Quinta Inn and Suites San Diego Mission Valley from June 18th to the 22nd. It offers a excellent location and close to many San Diego attractions. Our room was clean and the hotel staff is very friendly. We had a room that was closer to the highway but we couldn't hear the highway at all. Our room had a king bed and a sofa bed.  The king bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was okay, but then again you can't expect too much from a sofa bed. There was a small refrigerator in the room, but ours never got that cold. We had two TVs, so the kids could watch what they wanted to watch too. If the hotel is full with guest, the parking lot fills up fast. There are parking garages, but the spaces are on the small side. If you have a full size truck or SUV, you may have a tough time maneuvering in the garages when it's full. There is also parking on the street in front of the hotel. Pretty standard complimentary breakfast consisting of self-made waffles, hard boiled eggs, sliced bread and bagels, fresh fruit, cereals, juices, and coffee. It would get crowded, but the hotel was full when we stayed there. I could tell the kitchen staff was working hard to keep up, so I appreciate their effort. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would have no problem staying there again."
