Recent Lafayette San Diego Review: "They are under construction. After it is finished I bet the hotel would look very nice.
The Service:
The service was alright. We wrote a note to them telling them we need wheel chair access. We called ahead to remind them we need wheel chair access. Then when we got their, we had to stand their and wait for them to find a room with wheel chair access. They gave us a key to a beautiful room with two bathrooms and a door that split two queen bedrooms. The one problem is. One bathroom is missing the sink and the other bathroom has a giant hole where we can see pipes for the bath tub. SERIOUSLYr! so we had to go back and have them changed are rooms to a smaller one with two queens and one working bathroom.
Comfort level:
The people are noisy. The Pillows are way too big. But.. the Pool area is beautiful like the picture. They do not have a Jacuzzi anymore.
Note to everyone. They are still doing construction.
Breakfast: The continental breakfast was great. They have Waffles that you make yourself, cereal, toast, bagel, orange juice, coffee, and tea. They have a toaster made for the toast and a toaster just for the bagels.
With all the flaws, the discounted rate I payed for the hotel and the breakfast all balanced out. Overall, I enjoyed my stay."
