Recent Pearl Hotel Review: "Motel is "mid-century" revival of somewhere near 1966. Beautifully restored with clever and thoughtful remodeling, this place is amazing on every level. Studied attention to absolutely every detail in architectural, fabrics, finishes, colors and even light fixtures and candles. The staff obviously enjoys themselves and like to dress in "go-go revival" You can excuse the flat around the bar screens as they play Bewitched and Gilligan's Island. Beers on tap are the best I have ever indulged in a hotel. Wonderful local brews from Stone and Racer 5 Brewers and three tasty Belgians. Don't miss nightly "Dive-in Movie" They did a nice job of permanently mounting an approx 12 foot screen above the pool on the second floor balcony. Close the laptop, turn off the cell phone and time travel to an completely authentic 1960's experience. It's even better than you remember it!"
