| I had no idea as to how to get to the hotel from the airport. Not only did they pick us up, they also allowed us to check in early and arranged a tour bus ticket to see San Diego. They were ever so helpful. I was truly amazed at the courtesy and kindness of all to my disabled daughter. I highly recommend this hotel and will always stay there when in town. |

| The best thing is that the room was clean. We had to have a light bulb replaced and it was handled within a reasonable time. Loved the shower. Bath only had 1 sink which was a little annoying. Continental breakfast consisted of coffee and creamer. Overal it was a good value for the money. |

| The only downside was that the pool area is too shaded part of the day - which some might see as an advantage, especially in the summer. |

| I would reccomend the hotel if someone is looking for an inexpensive room. The blanket on the bed was dirty and the switch in the bathroom with the tub was faulty. The room was pretty much what I expected. |
