| The hotel was so nice.. All the rooms are suites! It has it's own bedroom and living area with 2 TVs (one in bedroom one in living area) close to the gaslamp and everyone is so nice and helpful and the view from the room is amazing! Only downfall was they didn't have the free breakfast we were use to at most hotels we stay at but there was plenty of places to eat anyways. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a reasonable priced hotel downtown! |

| Mini Bar in room was broken as well as the ice machine on our floor. Had to go down one floor which was bad just inconvenient. For some reason I had some reaction to their bed sheets, maybe it was the goose feathered pillows. Overall nice hotel shower was a bit small for me though. |

| First off I really like the layout of the suites. Location is convenient, within walking distance, and perfect for near by clubs/bars/dining. Could not understand why there was a good number of fruit flies in the suite... no safe In the room (have to use safes in lobby). Overall its a good Hotel for reasonable prices. Would and will stay here in the future. |

| I used the Vallet Parking services at the hotel, and between 2hours they found out that somebody broke my front passenger window. I have no idea where they parked the car but it's very weird that the only thing the thief took is my Camera, which was sitting under the front Passenger seat. It was a nightmare and I will never come'back to this Sherat on. |

| Overall, the service, accomodations and cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. However, I would not reccommend this hotel when driving a vehicle since parking costs $24 per day, and is awfully located on the 11th floor and it takes about ten minutes to drive each way from the parking structure to the street; it gets rather tedious if you end up having to drive more than once a day. Additionally, this hotel is great for guests who travel with pets, my pomeranian felt right at home and the hotel provided her with a greatly comfortable bed. |

| とても綺麗なホテルです。
ただ、もしかしたら南京虫がいるかもしれません。
ロサンゼルス、ラスベガス、サンディエゴと３都市いったのでどこで刺されたのかわかりませんが、主人が帰ってきて大変なことになりました。
ホテル全体は綺麗です。 |

| we hebben een prettig verblijf gehad. nadelig puntje vond ik dat de kamer net niet schoon was,(haren in bad van vorige hotelgast, vingerafdrukken niet weggepoetst). personeel was behulpzaam, vriendelijk. koelkast op kamer was kapot maar werd direct vervangen. in de slaapkamer 2 goede queen-bedden maar het sofabed was niet comfortabel. niet geschikt als 3e bed. |
