| friendly service, spacious room, reasonable price. also nice to have the convenience of a kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator and a microwave oven. pet friendly with reasonable pet fees. We are repeat customers and we will stay here again. |

| It is hard to rate this hotel since we were not able to stay here. We had planned for months to go to have a family vacation in Southern California during Spring Break. But just days before our vacation, we had a medical emergency in the family that preceded our visit to this hotel. By doctor's orders and written documentation, particular members of the family were not authorized travel.
We had prepaid our hotel with Staybridge and they were not willing to extend a refund or provide any other courtesy -- even with several days before a scheduled arrival at their hotel. Needless to say, we will not be planning to visit Staybridge when we (hopefully) finally do get down to Southern California. |

| Few hotels carry 2 bedroom units. With kids, size matters. We will be making this hotel our destination of choice for future vacations to San Diego. |

| This was the first time my family stayed at Staybridge. This was ideal for 4 nights. The room was great. We really liked the layout. It was nice that our 2 children (9 & 11) had their own room and their own bathroom. We also liked having a small kitchen. The grounds were not huge. The pool was small but there was a basketball court and tennis court available. There was also a small library that included both books and DVDs. We also appreciated having breakfast available in the morning. The breakfast was very good, nice variety. Coffee available all day. We even received dinner Thursday evening at no cost also. Front desk folks were great. Our room was always clean and fresh towels were provided when needed. On our next vacation, we will look for a Staybridge first. I highly recommend this hotel. |

| the hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly and greeted us with smiles all the time. I was kind of tired driving from San Jose all day when I arrived at the hotel. as I walked in I was pleasantly surprised to find that complementary dinner was being served (Tues to Thursday only). Of course I didn't know that so I had already ate dinner.
The good, hotel was clean, spacious, continental breakfast was stock with the usual stuff but was warm and filling. Can't argue with that. Free laundry room was nice, but you had to buy your own detergent (optional). Fitness room is right next to the laundry room so you can do your laundry and get a workout while you wait (or go outside for a round basketball/swimming). Parking was plentiful and convenient. Did I mention the friendly front desk staff?
The bad, the walls seem a little thin, we could hear the kids upstairs running around early in the morning. The bathroom fixtures seems a little used, the water in the shower drips unless you crank the handle all the way back with force (my girls and parents just gave up trying to shut the water after the first night).
Bottom line is this would be a great place for family and weekend trips, it's located in a quiet neighborhood and not too far away from everything else. |

| We stayed here for 2 nights, in the 2 bedroom suite. The room was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes & utensils. It was very quiet. They had a TV in every room. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, with many choices to chose from. There is a gas station right in front of the hotel. There was a food court within walking distance next to the hotel with all different choices. The hotel had a movie library, along with VCR & DVD player in the room. Target was within a 10 min drive, as well as the beach & San Diego zoo was within a 20 min drive. We will be staying there in the very near future. |

| The hotel is, in my opinion, a bit over priced. However, I was very impressed with the food provided. A few nights a week they provide a good dinner (they may call it hors d'ouevres but I was able to make dinner out of it). They also offer a great hot breakfast and free laundry. The room was clean, fairly quiet and spacious with a kitchen and was in a safe neighborhood. They also had extended cable not just the typical lame line-up offered by some hotels. |

| This is a great hotel. Though a little pricey is a great place to stay. The continental breakfast was a full buffet meal. We have a large family and it saved us 40.00 on breakfast. They also have a snack (meal) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. These were hot buffets set up. You could eat in the dinning room or bring it back to your room. The only thing that was not satisfactory was the sofa bed was so uncomfortable we couldn't use it. |
