Recent Tower23 Hotel Review: "Tower23 is located right in the heart of Pacific Beach, close to shops, right on the beach and close to lots of nice restaurants. The rooms are very big and I was amazed at what the cleaning staff do - in all the other hotels we stayed in the cleaners would just replace towels and make bed (normal stuff) but at Tower23 our cleaners picked all our clothes  off the floor, folded them and put some things back in our open suitcases, fixed all my makeup that was scattered on the sink basin and put our shampoo and conditioner in our shower for us. Yes, it made us feel like grubs but it was a VERY nice surprise. The concierges are also very nice and helpful. The rooftop fire pit and seating area is also beautiful to watch the sunset and get the most out of their daily happy hour! Best hotel I saw in San Diego!"
