| The room was clean enough, we just needed a place to stay for the night, nothing fancy. lots of channels on the TV. The onkly problem was the electronic doorbell that kept ringing like crazy in the morning since our room was a few doors down and upstairs from the front office, that sucked bad. otherwise an OK room |

| Hotel is well located on road to beach and many small shopping areas close by. Did not check out any walk to eating places. Hotel owner was accomodating to our needs, gave us a very resonable upgrade to a suite. Pillows were a negative but he said he is in process of replacing them in all units. Parking is convenient, good maid service, small continental breakfast. |

| We picked this hotel because it was close to the family we were visiting. We didn't want to pay much because we weren't going to be at the hotel all that often. The hotel was inexpensive, but very clean and reasonably well maintained given the price. It was quiet and the staff was courteous. |

| This is a nice, clean, quiet motel run by a courteous staff. I'd consider it a step above what I expected at this price. It's especially good for bikers, because it's very close to the San Diego Bay bike path. It's also within walking distance of several inexpensive Mexican restaurants, a Carrow's, and some other places to eat. |

| Bed was a little saggy in places, but not too bad; minor problems with noise from kids upstairs--but the place was probably less than half full so was quiet otherwise.
Decent restaurants are within half a mile (including Denny's), which makes walking is an option; 99 cent store is just a block back toward I5 fwy (and Denny's) if you want really cheap eats. The room did have a microwave and small frig, which is a nice touch. |

| Very large room. Nice pool. Convenient to MTA train, which will take you all over San Diego from Old Town to Tijuana, etc. The woman who checked us in was as good as having an on sight concierge service. She even told us about the restaurant across the street that gives a 20% discount if you show your room key! and good food to boot! |

| The hotel is not in the best neighborthood but not realy dangerouse!, near to the border of Mexico and many cool places in the south of San Diego! If you hang around there, you'll see an other side of San Diego, real and very local. Also it is very close to down town, Sea World and much more cheeper then in town or in the north like La Jolla!

| The Bed collapsed the first night we got there and instead of fixing the bed, they just left it there leaving a huge gap between the wall and the bed. The bathroom light wouldn't work until we played around with it... and it seemed a little cramped for having four people stay. There weren't any amenities providing as in shampoo and soup enough for four, knowing well enough there was more than two in the room... considering we used it mainly for sleeping... it was ok... |

| a little expensive for the neighborhood, has nice king-sized bed, room was quite adequate. Motel is a refurbished one with nicely replastered pool. No spa. Had to pay $30.oo deposit in cash on arrival to keep the room. |
