Qua mit arbejde har jeg har boet pA¥ mange hoteller verden over og pA¥ mange hoteller med frygtelig mange stjerner og nogle af dem med fem stjerner ligesom USA Grant. Men forskellen pA¥ US Grant og de andre femstjernede hoteller er, at US Grant lever op til dem. Alt er bare i top pA¥ dette hotel - hotellets beliggenhed  lige midt i det hele, hotellets indretning, hotelvA¦relset og - ikke mindst - serviceniveauet. Man skal godt nok vidt omkring for at finde sA¥ sA¸de, imA¸dekommende og hjA¦lpsomme mennesker, som dem der tager sig af gA¦sterne pA¥ US Grant. Og sA¥ er det ligegyldigt, om man kommer i business outfit eller i noget meget mere ferieagtigt, sA¥dan som min familie gjorde pA¥ vores tre ugers succesfulde rundrejse i Californien (succesfulde - nA¥r ellers vi lige ser bort fra, at vi undervejs fik skybruds-oversvA¸mmelse i kA¦lderen hjemme i Hellerup).
